LOL.....I am the anti-guru...ask Lost1, he knows. Chicken and Waffles....a wonderful story BTW. I especially like the part about the black chips. If you ever make it out to La La Land, Minnow and I will have to take you to the famous Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles Restaurant in Hollywood CA. The exquisite taste of Scoe's special #2 with the gravy spilling off of the chicken and on to the waffles where it mixes with the sweet maple syrup creating a taste that explains why this is called "Soul" food.
