For many years I tried to dissuade people from shorting AMZN. Wasn't that because you were one of the first to short Amzn on this thread, and just did it too early?

>> For many years I tried to dissuade people from shorting AMZN << i used to plead with glenn to stay away from shorting amzn, then later on i got sucked in myself! it worked well for a while, i was raking in the duckets shorting it. i covered all my amzn the day the market bottomed on october 8, 1998 and went long 7k shares of dell and intc, and then got shook out of my long position and not long after that went back to shorting amzn. that sucks!
