I don't think it does. This is the second statement you have made that either purposly misleads or shows you don't understand. To explain - some people feel there should be time allowed to pray in public schools and some don't. The ones that don't are winning (congratulations). Allowing time to pray does not mean that people must participate. That seems so simple to me that I feel you must be twisting it just to get a rise out of people.

My question is why or you so offended if others want time to pray?
