The major issue of propriety raised by Reps. is the way the Dems in P.B. County were treating the dimples et al. That all occurred after the original election and after the first vote count which is what I am referring to above.

Not just in one county and not just the overall standard for counting dimples but rather bias in counting.

A lot of ambiguous votes were found after FL was required to do a recount. It looks very much like vote counters in Rep. counties bent over backwards to favor Bush.

And in the recounts the democratic counties bent over backwards to favor Gore.
