Anybody: How can I hedge the price of my home. I live in a suburban area north of Boston. I know the prices of the homes are way out of line. (much much too high) This cannot last. I like my home but in 5 years I think an apartment or condo would be better for me. I would like to take advantage of these astronomical prices and still live in the house for at least 5 years. Any ideas???
