A few posts ago I asked you several questions and as your response shows you don't know the answers and you are clueless as to the current energy situation in California and the US. You also don't have any idea of the impact of the Kyoto protocol on energy production in the US.

Well whether it does or does not no Senator has endorsed it now and proclaimed he would vote for it.

But you don't seem to think that the fact that now the Protocol has no penalties and is just really a law that says something is wrong but will not penalize any who violate it is really just a meaningless waste of everyone's time.

If something is truly wrong then those who believe it is wrong should be willing to accept sanctions.

No sanctions means it's worthless feel good speak. I see no value in dealing with people with so little self respect.
