Blockbuster. If you return the film a couple of hours late, the late fee isn't a buck or so, it's the full rental price as though you'd taken it out for another five days (if it's a five day film.) So they get your extra five days' rental and can also rent it out to someone else. When I complained, they told me it was, so, fair because I could take it home and keep it for the whole five days if i wanted to.
