It's awesome work, and I'm glad you posted it here. 1999, heck, some have been calling the top since 1984. <ggg> And April 1998 was when most stocks peaked. If you look at the banking index since October 1998, the Austrians start looking awfully smart (a big rising wedge in the BKX).

So do we crash or bottom? One interesting point for the market. Also lines up with the fact that the indexes are currently tracing out either the 1929 top - or the 1932 bottom ( Take your pick -g-), and some very important cycle turns in early August.
