And didn't W's father do such an excellent job in the former Yugoslavia, when he was on top of the world militarily and diplomaticly after the gulf war, and it may actually have been possible to do something before big parts of the country were "cleansed"? I'm sure the local friends of Slobo have an explanation for it all, though.
