Solitary, variation? Out of all the fucking nations in the whole wide world except Rumania, we have done exactly the same ratification they all have. Do we have to agree with Rumania? and disagree with the rest of the world? That sounds Rogue to me. We have met the standard, agreed with 99% of the world. See, the point is to tear down the US.
