Hi Ibexx,

The following is old news (I didn't have time to post it on July 12):

Cisco Agrees to Buy AuroraNetics
For up to $150 Million in Stock
By SCOTT THURM
Staff Reporter of The Wall Street Journal

...Cisco...agreed to acquire closely held chip maker AuroraNetics Inc. ...AuroraNetics makes semiconductors that process data at very high speeds but offer the greater reliability of telephone networks.

...AuroraNetics was formed last year and had raised $12 million from Kodiak Venture Partners and Raza Foundries, the incubator formed in 1999 by former Advanced Micro Devices Inc., executive S. Atiq Raza. Cisco is an investor in Raza Foundries.
...

Regards,
