of course the Maxtor unit is a file server, aka NAS filer, so I wouldn't expect it to be CPU cost intensive. The thing is in the realm of NTAP F series filers or EMC Celerras. In other words, they're all storage boxes, primarily.

But, I'm happy Intel got the CPU design win, as they did in the NTAP and EMC units. Thanks for posting it.
