Lets see how you do when you scale to 10 million!

Lets see how you do when you scale to 10 million!

I can't say I see a way to scale this high without selling one dollar bills for 90 cents. It is a matter of building trust through quality products and service rather than selling below cost. A business will scale from word of mouth and certain reasonably priced promotions but to hit 10 million would take a very long time. If one has sufficient margins in their sales, then providing the same service to 10 million would be the same as to 10 thousand. The additional capicity should be paid for through the profits generated by the ongoing business.

There are firms that went out there, sold at a loss and added capacity for fulfillment by taking on debt. Many of those have failed. Those that have not failed yet are deeply in debt, losing their customer base and sequentially losing revenue.

Does any company come to mind?
