If optical bounce I would put RBAK on the list to buy. The stock has been beaten down hard and is due for a bounce.

Psychologically we should be at a "cycle low" which to me means that everyone who had an inclination to sell has already done so.

I guess the real question is will -- anyone be doing any serious buying in tech with Sept warnings season just 6 weeks away ?

Hmmmmmmm .... maybe the short covering alone will be enough to lift things, lol.
