Very wise thoughts, LKT.

It is still a bubble. When massive fear sets in, I'll buy - but only for the short-term. Until then, I'm short.

Geez Max, you need to get out more. You're turning into Miss Haversham, LOL.

I can see your dusty mansion in New England as the escaped convicts (former Wall Street analysts) trudge through your property trying to outrun the hounds and bounty hunters sent by fleeced investors.

Sort of the flip side of "Great Expectations", call it "Diminished Human Capacity".

Max, I believe the bubble was just a repeat of some other situations we've seen in the past (like the 20's).

People get caught up in the frenzy, and in the end a few people get quite wealth, many get wiped out, and the economy takes years to recover.

The end result is that more oversight and legislation will be enacted, and it may be generations before we see a repeat of another similar bubble.
