It's all about momentum and market psychology- I have gas refiner stocks that sell for $32 and will earn $8 this year. That's a PE of 4!!! They are not making any more refineries and they are selling 1.5 million new cars and trucks a year and OPEC is cutting back on crude and the the market is still crapping on these stocks. CIEN has great management and great products and MOMENTUM!!! I am betting on it along with the rest of the market.
