To do a LBO, he'd have to buy out at a premium, so anyone holding at the current price would do well. OTOH, some people in at $3 or above, would lose tremendously.
I wouldn't be surprised if he did just such a thing.
I would, however, be surprised if he got away with screwing over a patch of stockholders in the current environment that is so geared to shareholder rights.

Hey, Ray, good to hear from you.

It took me from whenever we had our ill-fated excursion into AMCC calls last year until now to pick an entry with such a rapid subsequent descent.

I try to explain to people that stuff like MFNX is why I don't go to Vegas! <g>

Not "averaging down" here - I know my limit on lottery tix.
