Our slow down this time commenced from within,in 98,it commenced from without.
So the strong dollar is hurting our more globally dependent corporations thus compounding our internal problems.
Is a strong dollar compatible with a slowing GDP?
<in any case the recession elsewhere is always deeper and longer than in the US.> i distrust the term "always" and removes the concept of a secular event from one's thinking.
we will see how this plays over the next 12 months.Should be interesting.Max
