He also taught me that charlatans like you should be treated like a rabid dog and put down. Hank, I don't think your dad taught you those things. I think you learned them in your own demented way. Shame on you for blaming your father for your poor social skills. Why not go back to dear old dad and ask him again. I am glad that you at least believe that he is proud of you. That is after all half the battle. Perhaps a few modifications in your lifestyle (maybe drink less, quit with the hallucinatory drugs, etc) and it could really become true. It is a tribute to your dad that he has survived your miscreant behavior. He is an example for us all.
