"less lively" You mean less contentious? Yes, that's true, in spite of the occasional spats that break out between posters. OTOH, the same thing happens in LWP. Actually, I'd say it gets rougher in LWP. The fights on RWET generally stop short of nuclear war. With one exception, the boxers are even talking to each other afterwards. Sour grapes? Nah.
