Frank, the Kyoto agreement would be less objectionable in Canada than in the U.S., but one factor that could have an impact on tar sands is the time it takes to get a full scale operation moving along. I'm a good distance from Alberta and have no direct knowledge of the state of development of these tar sand deposits, but it's my impression that the only thing that has been done is to build pilot, rather than full scale plants. Is this true? If so, the impact on available supplies for the next couple of years would be minimal.
