While your tongue was firmly in your check the whole time you typed your reply, your comeback was read thoroughly. Power generation is always going to be in someone's back yard. That is much preferable to surrendering control of service and power I'm ready willing and able to pay for in order to use it at my convenience. You must not live in or near a rotating blackout/brownout region of the usa. Regulating what we have is NOT a solution to a supply situation which concerns an insatiable consumable commodity.
