>why won't you allow me to choose my investment strategy ?
Happy, I've got a pretty good memory and I can't recall anyone on this thread ever questioning your investment strategy.
>I kinda understand why Bill kept returning here till he couldn't anymore.
We all understand why too.

i pretty much agree with you that throwing past mistakes into other people's face day after day is mean-spirited. but i would like to clarify one thing. there is a difference between throwing past mistakes in someone's face for the sole purpose of insulting someone (which accomplishes nothing), and trying to convince someone that they are making a mistake going forward.

i will admit that i'm not perfect and i am guilty of saying i told you so on occasion, but usually i don't do it just to humiliate someone for no good reason. i guess what i'm saying is there is no point in bringing up practically every single day that william paid this or that for some bubble stock, we all know what his style was and the results it generated--good and bad. (and believe me, to his credit they were good for an awfully long time).

when i poke and prod and pester and harass and harangue william it's because i honestly want to convince him that his strategy going forward is wrong, not to dredge up things in the past that can't be changed now. of course some people don't want to have their investment strategies picked apart, challenged, and second-guessed, and that's why i'm really not upset that he banned me. it's obvious he has made up his mind and isn't interested in having his ideas challenged. that is his prerogative.

i personally like to have my investment ideas challenged, i think it keeps me sharp and forces me to focus. so even though i'm banned from william's thread, he is welcome to visit my thread and challenge my views on commodities all he wants.
