CYGN does does not make a drug. Their products are FDA-approved. Rolling out in Britain as we speak; US rollout is in early development now.

I had quite a bit of Mini med, another diatbetes montioring co, a great co with a great ceo who donates millions to charities; they got bought out at $48/share by MDT.
