Lots of disorganization at Nortel in how they're laying people off. They're letting great engineers go while some of the nitwits keep their jobs due to their short term hiring, firing and job transfer policy. Even when the market turns, Nortel's existing projects are going to be in a state of chaos because they have unqualified people doing certain jobs. I think within the next month we'll see $10. Lola:)
