Hope is not enough!

When I calculate(!) correctly, today was the cheapest possible entry for a long while - say the next years. Shortterm I expect $ 80 (more or less) during second week of August.

Of course my calculations use to be full of mistakes - but what can I do? Am I Berney, Paul or John? No chance. So I must accept my mediocre possibilities :)

IMO this is the right time, as technically as fundamentally. OK - probably they come tonight with delayed start of XP and we meet in the swamp tomorrow ggg.

Is there a chance that they'll bring positive stuff? Dunna. But if they would they would have choosen the right moment to do this.

MSFT could regain the widely missed leadership because they're the one and only giant neither having lack of resume nor weakness of margins (without competition). For this the resumes of CPQ are encouraging me. Consider the weak position of CPQ, the hard competition in PC-business, then we can hope(!) for quite good numbers of boxes: Dell and MSFT could turn out to be the winners again.

I remember that Office used to be a strong source of income alltimes - if this would be the same this time yet the next qtr could bring a widely hoped surprise.

Windows XP easely could come in like an explosion: IMO a lot of PC-buying is held back until XP will be available.

Where are the momentum-stocks for all these beaten investors? I assume that there's a good chance that MSFT will make the job.

OK - probably I'm wrong as mostly. ggg

Happy trading!
