RE:"So you prefer someone who could make positive out of cancer or AIDS over someone who at least brings in technical information."

Your post is the kind of "technical information" they provide.

We can certainly live better without it.

Hehe, someone who can make positive out of cancer vs someone who could make negative out of winning the lottery would be a closer comparisson, and both have roughly equivilent worth as far as I can see. ;)

I don't think the information Yousef posted here in the last few weeks came anywhere near "technical information", just mean-spirited ridiculing at AMD investors' misfortunes. Do you disagree?

Paul's posts have been less mean-spirited (however unintentionally), but without much recently I would call "technical information". He also has been relishing greatly in AMD investors' troubles. His potty mouth really was the reason I finally returned him to the ignore list.

These two examples are what I don't prefer. I appreciate the information you and Tench add to the board. There's a big difference, and you should be commended.

Most pro-AMD contributors to this thread provide very useful information to me. There has been a good balance of optimistic and pessimistic posters since last July. Unfortunately, I may have wanted to believe the formers more than the latters, as such, the pre-CC warning did catch me by surprise, and I am truly disappointed (and poorer.)

Thanks.
