Ofcourse there are some problems with the logic of the situation. For example you don't actually pass many cars when you are in bumper to bumper traffic (maybe he is one of a very few people in an HOV lane??). Also if you pass 36,000 cars and one of them is a "female that has a lousy love life, thinks men are her biggest problem, has seriously considered suicide or homicide, is having the worst day of her period, and is armed", and you flip one off the odds that the one you flip off would be that one would only be one in 36,000 so if you did it every day you would only have a slightly larger then 50% chance to flip off a woman like that after 100 years.

But then why let silly facts get in the way of a good joke. :)
