There seems to be several people on Wall Street that don't understand EDS.
"- Morgan Stanley said on Thursday that it lowered its investment rating on Electronic Data Systems Corp.to neutral from outperform."
"Analyst Joseph Vafi at Robertson Stephens reiterated his "market perform" rating on the stock. Vafi said the company continues to execute well, but believes the stock's valuation "remains a bit ahead of itself." He feels an attractive entry point into the stock would be in the "high $50s."

I have been in and out of EDS several times because there is no reward hanging on to the stock long term because of the above comments. EDS is always a buy in the $50s. I only go 1/2 of my allocation for EDS each reporting period because one missed Wall Street estimate and the stock price will be cut in half. Brown needs to live at Wall Street and CNBC. They are taking his free meals in Texas but forget to write anything down he speaks about.

Plano-based Electronic Data Systems Corp. said Thursday that it has signed $220 million in new and extended agreements with clients in North America and Europe. The largest is a two-year, $112 million deal to provide additional services to Eni Group, an Italian oil and gas company. Eni has been an EDS customer since 1998.
