I have no clue, I'll have to look at some details of the action. In the meanwhile, however, I just got back into CDTS and SCON since if this rally is for real they'll move later, got $4.08 for CDTS and $4.56 for SCON.

In edit with the last hour (from 2:00 PM) P/C ratio running at around .3, I would say this rally will be very short lived. But, who knows, so I added BEAS which has not moved yet here at $20.40
