We all incur a debt by virtue of the social infrastructure that provides our security, economic niche, language, and mores. I contribute to and help maintain the social and economic infrastructure and would be doing so even if I didn't pay any taxes. Also is a properly enforceable debt created when someone does something for you without prior agreement that you will pay them for this service? In other words, you are born into a community as you are born into a family. The "contract" is confirmed by remaining in the community after one has the resources to leave...... Immigrating might be considered to be signing the contract however IMO refraining from emigrating does not. Tim
