So....am I pounding the table here??!! YES!!

And, folks that know me know I don't do it often. But IMHO, this is VERY important stuff.

When was the last time anybody here saw this kind of tidal wave in Fed liquidity on top of already very high growth rates in YTD monetary aggregates??!!

That's right! Never, for most of you.

Because this kind of tidal wave of pumping hasn't been seen since the 1970s.

A word to the wise. Keep your eye on The Fed.

It's your early warning that the Dollar and the US bond market are going into the tank ahead of a pick-up in US inflation.

Greenspan is cornered. He has no choice but to debase the currency to forestall a domino effect of deflationary events that will bring on a mini-depression like 1973-74, or worse.

Bookmark this post if you want to. But in 6 months folks, don't say you weren't warned to protect yourself against the kind of devaluation of the dollar we've not seen since the 1970s.

NO, NOT a complete replay of that secular (aka multi-cycle) inflationary era.

YES, a CYCLICAL inflationary play significant enough that it must be hedged against IMHO. And those who do are going to make some very big profits.

If you're heavy in the PMs now? Be patient. If not buy into this weakness.

Good luck to all,
