it isn't eligible for chapter 13 on many counts. it is a corporation. it owes too much secured. it owes too much unsecured.
also, it isn't an individual with regular income
well- 6 cents pro forma
perhaps, irregular income

JDSU write-off vastly exceeds its "book value". Goes to show you how ridiculous accounting rules can be.
