My first guess is that AMD is waaaay oversold...My 2nd guess is that given a q2 eps equivalent to INTC (apples to apples) that a $12 share price differential is unsubtainable and that the gap needs to be closed to the recent $4 plus or minus share price differntial, in which case AMD goes up, INTC goes down or both. My 3rd guess is that the new 1.3 gig A4's in Japan are creating a stir...
