most certainly not, though I sold my non-retirement holdings earlier this week to prepare for buying a house. Ack, the timing could have been better...

Nope. RATL holder since 1994. Did lighten up some on late 1999 early 2000.

No, Dusty, I also still own RATL. In fact, I think they are quite cheap here now at around $17. Economic and market conditions will improve eventually, and as I see it RATL is still very well positioned to capture a large share of their market. Financially they are very solid, so I just wait until things get better again.
