Is he or any other insider optimistic enough to buy any shares? OR are they going to sell again at these levels?

Maybe jdsu gets upgraded because "it can't get any worse"

Sometimes it takes an awful year forcing elimination of jobs which aren't productive for the company and realignment of the company generally.

Who are the analysts who have said they might be buyers?
