Unfortunately, he's all in (ie, home equity is all "in the pot"), tried to pull a backdoor straight (took out that last cash out refi), but he missed on the river (lost job/missed payments/defaulted) and the bankster's holding the nut flush (soon to be mortgage on his house)... In the end, he woulda been better off going down to Fort McDowell, or even Vegas<G>
