If JDSU has $250M in Q revenues, a P/S of 6 gives $4.56.

If it has $450M in Q revenues, 2 years ago sales, a P/S of 6 gives $8.20.

If net earnings are 20% of revenue, a P/S of 6 is a PE of 30.

The focus has been on the downside, but JDSU is not going away. The real problem is the upside. The idea that it will ever get to $50 or $100, a $65.8B or $131.6B market cap is preposterous and only points out what the "bubble" really was. Last years "bubble" revenue level only gets a price of $16 at a P/S of 6.

I think revenues will stay down enough quarters for us to observe if JDSU can restructure for the low revenue levels and produce a profit. Prudent investors should wait because there is no train leaving this station.
