Exactly. That was part of my point. Perhaps your response was how I was a bit wimpy in stateing it. "Few if any business investments" rather then "No free, private, for-profit business". But then a business investment can be made in other then for profit busineses. Technically the aim of FASL a joint invesment between AMD and Fujitsu which produce flash is to break even, AMD and Fujitsu are supposed to get the profits. Probably more relevant is the fact that it is possible to invest in for profit companies in a third world country for reasons that have as much to do with trying to develop the country as they do with trying to make a profit. Few people would use their money this way but it is not imposible so I said "few if any" rather then just saying none or 0.
