Well said Paul. When I read about this financing deal, there was first the sigh of relief. NHC will survive these extremely difficult times for the telecommunications industry. This will mean shareholder dilution. However, it will also mean new product development. It could also mean taking advantage of the weak stock market to acquire some terrific companies at a few pennies to the dollar. I consider this release as positive. Regards, Lalit Jain
