well in that case you are stil better off than a lot of folks. I was convinced the market overall was in for a real bad time for the last few mos of 2000, so I raised cash and only bought "highly undervalued" stocks. But some of them became even better values, and I lost some $$ but made some $$ on some non-techs, evergy, and a few random techs. But it sure was not good for the blood pressure.

As for the tech and dotcom leaders, many of them I could not understand what they do, or did, so I stayed away.

well, good luck, it's good to hear from a 'contrarian' these days...(a AMZN bull!)
