I didn't blast him for whatever TA tools he uses, I blasted him because he made a statement indicating he thinks a divergence between money flow and price shows "manipulation". How can it indicate manipulation when there is almost always a divergence over the short term, or at least there is more often than there is not?

BTW I don't follow "elephants" and the money flow don't always either, we track money flow in lot sizes and in total. The price frequently follows the little guys not the big guys. Who's to say who is right or if they are both wrong? Of course, the money managers follow what the market is doing when they get in and out. I have a good friend who was an MM at a firm that had a lot of institutional clients and according to her they make just as many dumbazz mistakes as amateur traders do in terms of panic buying and selling.

I'm not here to argue for or against TA and it's various permutations. As far as I'm concerned you traders can duke it out until you all go broke because you are providing a valuable needed service....liquidity. -g-
