I agree Velo, I have never heard of extensions overlapping. I agree that this is corrective albeit a more complex correction.

Watch for a second zig-zag or perhaps a triangle. Something like this in the case of a zig zag:

I agree on all points. In extended waves, 4 won't overlap 1, but when 3 is the wave that is extending, 2 of 3 LOOKS like an overlap of wave 1's end. That's all I meant by extended waves overlapping. And that's what I think is happening with the Naz, wave 3 is extending, and today's a.m. decline was 2 of 3 after Wednesday afternoon's 1 of 3 rally.
