A split (tomorrow) and a secondary coming (5 MM shares, I presume the new type), a good chunk of the secondary is TARO's management's stock, I still think the main trend is up (as long as we do not close under $75 (well $37.5 in the new stock).

Yes splits today..Actually was surpirsed by TARO resilientcy today in view of insiders selling news..
