Why? Because I wanted to raise some creative tension here! Of course you can criticize Greenspan all you want. But I think he is just a fragment of the solution or the problem with the economy. When the bubblemania was riding high not many people were discussing Greenspan's every eyebrow twitch on these boards. Now that the tech wreck has occured he has turned into the man who controls every dollar in our society . . Greenspan caused this or that company to tank (or succeed) is an over-simplification. OK. it looks like we agree for the most part.
