I have an announcement.

This August 2001 is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

It's not ever coming back exactly like August 1989 didn't.

We should forget stock we're not going to sell anyways,
get out there and create a memory. We can carp about not
being satisfied when the winter's here.

BTW - I read on Stockhouse someone looked up that DMX is
publishing August 06. Also lets remember FDA approval
for Pennsaid does not HAVE to go through the August or
October meetings. That forum is not a necessary step
so much as an issue resolution group.

Secondly, the upgrades being made to plant production
sound to me like they are material enough to require an
inspection on behalf of all approving bodies.

Finally, I have no idea how much of that $7 billion US
market to add into the model on top of Pennsaid for WF10.
(That was a 1996 number).

5% in 2 years? $350 million US? I understand partnerships
here could be much less relevant - as is sales effort.

So in total...what...$700 million Cdn in sales DMX level
2-3 years from now. 60-70% margin? Say 400 WF10 and
300 Pennsaid? Way below 5% for each on penetration.

Maybe $240 million after tax. Call it 60 million shares
fully diluted. $4 EPS. $60 Cdn shareprice? (15x)

What the h*ll. Say 2004 and $3 EPS and $45.

I don't hear layoffs, and reduce to core businesses, and
sales slowdowns.

I hear expansion, acquisition, cash needs, and the long
suffering relationships with approving bodies. Heard
yesterday it was the EU that screwed up - DMX and MCA
both did what they were supposed to do and got shocked.

i don't know if it is mutual recognition or just a one way bus. all i heard is that u.s. will be able to order drugs from other countries. don't know anything more.

> Jef, does this then make getting an FDA approval less of an event?!

i would say not.
