Hi, E! Just finished my temporary gig as host/chef/nurse to my aunt who has now recuperated to the point of self-sufficency. I have a new-found respect for RNs and hospital staff in general! Given the continuing market turmoil (which I had no time to follow--thankfully), I was amazed to find that the value of my holdings have not budged one whit. This proves that absolute ineptitude can result in a well-balanced portfolio--sizable tech component notwithstanding.<ggg> Are you still completely out of the market? More importantly, I hope you have had a great Summer and will be ready to reenter the fray this Fall. BTW, we have just gone through the hottest four weeks in memory--many days registered temps over 100 including humidity. Toronto, like NYC, declared a heat emergency and government buildings with a/c were opened to allow those without a/c to enjoy a few hours of relief. So much for the 'Great White North'! Wolf (a/c'ed and not running much!)
