Sometimes it takes years for a disease set in after exposure to a toxin right?

Sometimes it takes numerous quarters for the damage done to the economy to show up in GDP numbers.

Dope-la, Bush inherited an economy in extreme deceleration, just the opposite of the boom Clinton inherited.

The Bush tax cuts - opposed by most irresponsible Dems - and the Fed rate cuts will eventually pull the economy out of the Clinton malaise.
