(Pink Sheets: JRVE) has acquired a controlling interest in Cyber Mark International (OTC: CMKI), a developer and manufacturer of proprietary Virtual Reality entertainment software and games. John Jarvis, President and CEO of JRVE, assumes the position of Chairman and CEO of Cyber Mark International, with a President to be named at a future date. Sam Singal will assume a consulting position with the company and remain a shareholder. Corporate offices and manufacturing facilities of Cyber Mark International will move from Canada to Houston, Texas.
