So true BirdDog....I once heard that Fear = False Education Appearing Real. IMO, many companies are SEEING THE WORLD AROUND THEM AS WORSE THAN IT REALLY IS. Eventually they'll wake up and open their wallets. Some will wait too long and lay off too many talented people. BWTHDIK....=)
